Description

This project investigates the possibilities of 3D printing fabrication methods upon three-dimensional surfaces by utilizing UR co-bots with semi-industrial polymer extrusion tooling. The aim is to enable and respond to variation and optimization in polymer-based design objects. The project also investigates parametric design methods to deliver data for robotic 3D printing and subsequently reason and benefits for parametric design. This research will reflect on the question at hand in conjunction with applied design cases.
