'Coded classrooms' is a workshop held for the teaching staff at Lyshøjskolen in connection with the school's redevelopment. The workshop kick-starts Lyshøjskolen's process of transforming the classic classrooms into subject-coded rooms.
The workshop has two themes: play and scenography. It is organized so that the participants partly get an insight into the essence of play and how play can be used consciously for idea generation in a design process, and partly gain an insight into scenographic tools and how these can be used to create atmospheres and express special themes. The workshop contains both short introductions to the topics as well as practical exercises, which the participants can subsequently use in the further process of establishing coded classrooms.
