Aging in a Vertical City

collaborative research and design project between the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Royal College of Art. The project investigated the challenges that older people and people with disabilities have in a big city like Hong Kong. An interdisciplinary team of professionals and students not only investigated how Hong Kong residents currently experience ‘home’ and ‘care home’ environments, but also designed concrete suggestions to improve their everyday lives.
