Abstract: An analysis of proposed master plan for “Green Town” in Xingyi, Guizhou Province , China. Proposal of future design strategies and planning scenarios based on Danish landscape and townscape models and the traditional Chinese villages in Guizhou. Discussing sustainability, infrastructure, “green” growth principles, building typologies and the organization of urban space.
