Description
The idea of this online experiment course was formed during the second edition of the International Summer School on Communication and Teaching Skills in Conservation and Science. This two-week training session has been offered in 2013 and 2015 and brings together professionals from a variety of backgrounds to explore the potential of different didactic approaches to learning about conservation and science and revisit existing practices. This short course therefore provides the opportunity for participants, who have been involved in face-to-face learning, teaching, and training activities, to learn about distance education and familiarize themselves with online platforms and Moodle (the platform used by Athabasca University).Period | 13 May 2016 → 31 May 2016 |
