Kathrina Dankl and 7A gymnasium Rahlgasse have explored the question "How can affordable, tasty and ecological food be realised at school?" Students co-designed a new teaching module based on the theory and practice of food. The 24 June 2015 was used for a workshop and test run with external partners.
