As part of its 50th anniversary celebrations, the Institute of Architects of Bangladesh (IAB) hosted a symposium on 22 October 2022 on “Architecture for Health”, followed by a round table with Marina Tabassum, Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad and M. Kishwar Imdad moderated by UIA Region IV Vice President Ishtiaque Zahir Titas. After the introductions from IAB President Mubasshar Hussain and UIA President José Luis Cortés, keynote speakers Natalie Mossin, Vice President of UIA Région I and architect Jakob Knudsen, addressed post-pandemic architectural solutions for well-being in the built environment. During the event, IAB hosted the 7th UIA Bureau meeting.
