Abstract
Based on his research project and practical work within user involvement and citizen participating processes Thomas Fabian Delman describes among other things how involvement processes can be planned and exemplifies specific involvement methods through cases from earlier and current projects. In his presentation Thomas Fabian Delman also mentions the proces model AELIA as a strategic tool as well as utopia typing as a method for user involvement in urban development.
