Abstract

Social design and social innovation relates to the
complexity of our world and to human behaviour.
Robin Murray describes „social economy“ as a
concept to be understood in parallel with the
monetary economy. The main elements of this
„economy“ include distributed networks, which
build and maintain social relationships as a form of
working together with similar systems1. Not only
does this social economy constitute part of our
everyday household economy (e.g. free child care as
an act of friendship, etc.). It is largely responsible
for building and maintaining a social culture that
creates value in other ways.
