Abstract
The article centers around material reuse in housing. Can recycling, superuse, upcycling be applied in residential buildings? Where and how are these types of projects implemented? Do concepts such as Cradle-to-cradle, which assumes that architectural objects can positively affect the environment, can set a direction for the future development or is it an utopian vision? Does the fact that architectural objects should be treated as parts of a continuous cycle influence the choice of materials? Does it require modifications of the design process?
