Abstract
An exhibition framing the publisher’s often decisive role in the creative process of developing the concept, the book format, the graphic design and the communication and marketing strategy behind a book. Presentation of the seminal German publisher Karl Robert Langewiesche's influential mass-produced book series from the beginning of the 20th century: Die Blauen Bücher - in which the dissemination and marketing of architecture and architectural typologies are radically rethought for a modern and visually-oriented audience.
