Ph.d. projekt: Management of Design Processes in Multicultural Environment
The focus of this PhD study is to understand the virtual team collaboration as an integral part of design processes, where virtual teams are distributed across heterogeneous cultures and to investigate issues connected with global virtual team management in multicultural environments and their impact on co-located teams in each country and design process in general.
