Personal profile
Research areas
I am associate professor in the conservation of wall paintings. My research interests lie in art conservation and conservation science. I have broad interests in material characterisation, intervention assessment, preventive conservation, and integrated approaches to conservation decision-making.
I combine site projects with fundamental laboratory studies to address the conservation of wall paintings in a trans-technological context.
