Curriculum vitae
Christoffer Thorborg er lektor i restaurering af arkitektonisk kulturarv, arkitekt MAA og PhD i arkitekturens teori og historie på en afhandling om klassicismens æstetik.
Christoffer Thorborg er forskningsmæssigt primært optaget af den klassicistiske traditions æstetik samt af dens status, reception og virkningshistorie i det 20. århundrede og frem. Herudover forsker han i bygningsrestaureringens teori og metode.
Christoffer Thorborg fungerer som PhD-vejleder og underviser i bygningsrestaurering på kandidat- og specialeniveau samt generelt i klassisk arkitekturteori og -historie.
Som praktiserende arkitekt har Christoffer Thorborg samarbejdet med en række danske tegnestuer om akkvisition og udførelse af arkitektopgaver.
