    The present review has three main objectives:

    To identify existing knowledge that might be relevant to the question of how sport facilitiesinfluence young people's physical activity behaviour.

    To systematize and discuss these findings to clarify the status of examined and not examinedenvironmental factors.

    To outline a conceptual model that might be relevant to the study of young people's use and nonuse of sport facilities.
