Description

The future of the construction business - New Markets, New roles and sorts of labour.

The third project under the theme group Construction and City structure, was initiated in February 2006 and expected to be concluded in the late fall of 2008.

The object tis to look at the construction businesses in relation to globalisation. What is status quo, what bench marks need to be defined, what sort of knowledge do we need to gain? How will the tensions and challenges that at the moment characterise the the construction businesses and the mobility accross boarders in Europe, influence us and in which ways can we adapt to these new circumstances? How can we improve educations and other sorts of knowledge based activities?
