Professional field

I research field of interest is on advancing conventional structures and their construction methodology using available technology.  My main field of research has been with reinforced concrete structure; understanding the structural behaviour of material-efficient form and studying its construction methodology using fabric (woven or non-woven textile) formwork system.  The research has its intention to develop more sustainable construction solution for structural efficient light-weight structure.

Recently the interest of building more structurally efficient architecture has extended the research area to Grid-shell (Reciprocal Frame) and Membrane Space Structures.
