Beskrivelse
In a world of spectacle and object fetishism, Kay Fisker’s housing stands as a quiet but powerful alternative. Through a phenomenological reading of nine buildings in Copenhagen, this article argues that Fisker’s subtle material vocabulary – vibrant materiality, subtle movement, and compact whole – offers not just an architectural corrective, but a model for sustainable building culture in a biophysically constrained world.
