Workshop as a side event to the PLEA Conference 2026 at the University of Costa Rica, San Jose:Latent Cartographies. Critical cartographies for Spatial Strategic Thinking Under New Climatic Regimes.
The workshop consisted of lectures from the facilitators, researchers from engineering, community members and architectural practice. This was followed by site visits and then the development of critical cartographies, with departure into a waterscape of San Jose and discussions and dialogues in the plenum.
